About Karen

Karen M. Bobos, MSed, has been in the fitness industry since 1996 and feels her highest accomplishments are those results achieved by her clients through her guidance. She educates clients that there is no trick to being healthy, no magic pills, but rather optimal health is achieved through eating right and moving your body. The key is figuring out how to stay motivated and adhere to a consistent exercise program. Positive thoughts lead to positive results! When making a lifestyle change, you need to prepare yourself mentally first, and then the body can take action. Focus on what you’re gaining with exercise and healthy eating: the ability to maintain a healthy weight, increased energy levels, happiness, longevity, and lifestyle balance to name a few positive outcomes. Weight loss is a bi-product of eating healthy and exercising. Avoid words like “hope” and “wish” that allow the possibility for failure. Start using words like “when I reach my goals,” and you’ll be leading down the path of success. Be healthy and love life!

When Karen is not leading the Kb Fitness Solutions team and business, you can find her enjoying time with her loving husband, three daughters, and two Bernese Mountain Dogs.  She also is a multi-award-winning children’s book author of a series she created for her daughters and loves doing author visits at elementary schools.
