About Janet…

After a series of stressful sales jobs, Janet was searching for an outlet that would challenge her body and quiet her mind. Hours of driving, phone calls, and paperwork were leaving me stressed out and frazzled. Yoga became that outlet, and ultimately a way of life. 

While the physical postures challenged her body, she learned that the calming effect(s) yoga had on her mind allowed her to approach life differently. Janet followed her quest to deepen her understanding of this mind/body connection that yoga offers. She journeyed to Nicaragua where to study with Master Trainer Meghan Currie. Since then she has been sharing her love of yoga with others. In addition to studio classes, she offers private sessions for those looking to delve deeper into the physical aspect of yoga, and continues to teach at retreats worldwide.

 
Style of Yoga

Janet teaching Vinyasa & Yin styles of yoga, focusing on alignment breath to movement sequencing to deepen the mind/body connection that yoga taps into. Her teaching style is upbeat and approachable  making yogis at all levels feel welcome.
