Most women struggle with eating healthy, weight loss, and body-image issues on a daily basis. Our society has given us too much information and unrealistic expectations. What is healthy? How do I get there; especially when a woman’s body changes every pregnancy, or decade of life? Not only will you reach results if you follow our all women boot camp program, but we guarantee with the social support of the other FIT chicks, you will have a blast getting there!

Program Description

Fit Chicks is a 4-week fitness program that runs 11 months out of the year. Participants have three plans to choose from when registering, the Over Easy Chick Plan, the Over Medium Chick Plan, or the Hard Boiled Chick Plan, depending on how many days per week they can dedicate to the workouts. This all-female fitness program includes 3-5 full body workouts per week in three different locations to choose from, Chicago, Naperville, or Northbrook. Each workout is led by certified and degreed personal trainers, which guarantees every fit chick can be challenged according to their own fitness level. The workouts are designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, core stability, flexibility, and body composition.

 

Every day we send tips and incentives to stay on track even when you’re not with us. Every Friday, we include a nutrition segment after the workouts led by one of our Nutrition Coaches, a registered dietitian. We also have an additional individualized nutrition plan you can register for, after all, eating right is half the battle to being fit and fabulous!

We are all about motivation and incentives! Every week we select a Fit Chick who will be placed in a monthly drawing for a magnificent prize by one of our partnering vendors. Participate in our Little Black Dress Challenge this Spring 2012. Details to Come! Our challenges are free to our participants. You can win an all-day spa day, designer clothes, and more! We also organize “Girls Night Outs” and have “Graduation Day Coffee” in a café on the last day on us where you will get your Fit Chick graduation T-shirt.

Do you have a crazy schedule? Want to be able to rollover missed days to the following week or month? Keeping track of a crazy schedule is a lot of work on our end, but we are happy to help. For a one-time annual fee, we will allow you to rollover days throughout the entire year regardless of what months you sign up for.
