Benefits of Group Exercise

May 1, 2014

Motivation in Numbers

Getting to the gym can be hard, especially after a long day…I get it. There are so many reasons to NOT workout. By the time you get home and go back and forth in your head whether you should get a workout in or take another rest day, time ticks on and at that point it is just “too late.” You all know what I am talking about. This is where a fitness professional comes in handy. You are most likely not going to cancel on your trainer, right? However, if a fitness trainer is not in your budget right now, why not let a buddy keep you accountable? Keep each other motivated throughout the process!

Group exercise is a great way to get in shape, meet new people and dare I say, “have some fun?!” From Yoga to Zumba to Cardio Pump (the list goes on!), there is something for everyone. Once you find that class you love, you will never want to miss it, I promise! It becomes a part of your weekly routine and you will start to feel guilty if you do in fact have to skip. Exercising with others will get you to push your limits…I mean, who wants to be the one stepping aside to catch your breath? It’s almost like a little friendly competition. While safety/listening to your body is the most important during any workout, it is much easier to “give up” while working out alone.

Kb Fitness Solutions, Inc. offers group fitness classes to residents of the buildings we have relationships with. That’s right! You get to workout in your OWN building. There should be no more excuses regarding a trip to the gym because all of you residents get to stay on the premises. Not sure which class to try? Give us a call and let us help you! Let our fitness professional’s help you get in the best shape…with the push from the other students! Let’s go!
