The Best Sports Bras for Your Workout

Taming the Ta Ta’s

Guys are lucky when getting ready for the gym because they don’t have to endure squeezing into a tight sports bra. You know what I am talking about, ladies. Sometimes getting that bra on before hitting the gym is a workout in itself. Straps are twisting, the back won’t fold down…you all understand. But, most gals need a good supportive bra (or 2!) while moving their booty at the gym. Today, I am listing my favorite sports bras (for all activities).

1. All Sport Bra by Lululemon. Talk about support! This sports bra is comfortable and does not feel too tight. The material is nice and I don’t feel like a stuffed sausage. This bra was made for high impact exercise! I own two and both still fit like the day I got them (years ago!) Definitely worth the investment as these will last. www.lululemon.com.

2. Free to Be bra by Lululemon. This bra may work for high impact if you are on the smaller side, but will probably work better for lower impact workouts. Not only is this bra pretty, but the open back just feels nice and airy. I wear this bra when I go for walks. The cool back would look great with an open back shirt – I just love that look! www.lululemon.com.

Medium Impact Strappy Sports Bra by Gap. This bra is similar to the Free to Be without the hefty price tag. It has great support and looks awesome! Gap always has great sales, so snag this one up! www.gap.com.

C9 Champion Women’s High Support Racerback Sports Bra can be purchased at Target. This is a find for my larger chested friends! While I have not personally tried this bra (I do not fall into the larger chested category), the reviews can’t be beat. All of the online reviews say that this bra is super supportive for larger chested ladies. And get this, it is on sale right now for $15. Run, don’t walk, to Target! You know you want to scope out the new spring decor anyway. www.target.com.

Colorful sports bras have really become a trendy staple – especially worn with open back tops. Who says you can’t look stylish while exercising? Go bold or go home!
