We are bringing classes, personal training, nutrition, and wellness presentations online. It is so important that we stay healthy and as much of in a regular routine as possible during these times.

 

IMPORTANT: Create a Zoom Account before participating in any online class or presentation.

1) Click on zoom.us to create a zoom account.

2) Click on SIGN UP, IT’S FREE. Follow the instructions to create an account.

3) You must use the device that has zoom downloaded on for each class or presentation that you participate in or you can visit the zoom website to log into your zoom account before each class start time. If you have your internet set up to your television, use that screen to participate in classes.

4) Scroll down below. Find your class and please pay attention to the start time as it may be slightly different than the in-person classes.

Boot Camp

Stay in shape with this full body workout using minimal equipment and focusing on body weight for resistance. This workout is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength & endurance, and flexibility. Please put on exercise shoes and grab a yoga mat or large towel, a water bottle, and a sweat towel.  Classes are taught by Kb Certified Personal Trainer, Carlo Varquez.  

 

Dance Class

Join our Zumba Class on Thursday nights!  Each month, our professional dance instructor will focus on a particular type of dance, teaching the basic steps and allowing you to add your own style.  Learn these easy dance moves that will get you to sweat while having fun.  Classes are taught by Kb Professional Dance Instructor, Jamie Horban.

H.I.I.T.

Tuesdays, 6:00-6:45pm

H.I.I.T. refers to high-intensity interval training. The essential framework of high-intensity interval training is always the same: Brief, all-out work periods, separated by rest periods that you wish were just a little longer. HIIT can be used to lose as much fat as possible while cutting, to stay lean and conditioned while adding muscle, or to improve aerobic and anaerobic endurance for performance-focused athletes.  Classes are taught by Kb Certified Personal Trainer, Trent Rallins.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. Its intention is to unite the mind, body, and spirit. Join our certified yoga instructor as she guides participants in a series of poses while keeping the breath in a natural flow rhythm. Please grab a yoga mat or a large towel and a water bottle to the class.  Classes are taught by Kb Certified Yoga Sculpt Instructor, Jessi Toumeh

 

 

Pilates

Thursdays, 6:30-7:30pm

Pilates consists of low-impact flexibility, muscular strength, and endurance movements. This method of exercise emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. It’s an accessible way to build strength in your core muscles for better posture, balance and flexibility. Classes are taught by Kb Pilates Instructor, Jamie Horban.
