Stay in shape with this full body workout using minimal equipment and focusing on body weight for resistance. This workout is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength & endurance, and flexibility. Please put on exercise shoes and grab a yoga mat or large towel, a water bottle, and a sweat towel. Classes are taught by Kb Certified Personal Trainer, Carlo Varquez.

HIIT can be used to lose as much fat as possible while cutting, to stay lean and conditioned while adding muscle, or to improve aerobic and anaerobic endurance for performance-focused athletes.
