We are bringing classes, personal training, nutrition, and wellness presentations online. It is so important that we stay healthy and as much of in a regular routine as possible during these times.

 

IMPORTANT: Create a Zoom Account before participating in any online class or presentation.

1) Click on zoom.us to create a zoom account.

2) Click on SIGN UP, IT’S FREE. Follow the instructions to create an account.

3) You must use the device that has zoom downloaded on for each class or presentation that you participate in or you can visit the zoom website to log into your zoom account before each class start time. If you have your internet set up to your television, use that screen to participate in classes.

4) Scroll down below. Find your class and please pay attention to the start time as it may be slightly different than the in-person classes.

H.I.I.T. refers to high-intensity interval training. The essential framework of high-intensity interval training is always the same: Brief, all-out work periods, separated by rest periods that you wish were just a little longer. HIIT can be used to lose as much fat as possible while cutting, to stay lean and conditioned while adding muscle, or to improve aerobic and anaerobic endurance for performance-focused athletes.  Classes are taught by Kb Certified Personal Trainer, Paul Meyer.

Meet Kb Fitness Group Fitness Instructor, Marsha Madrigal at Trailhead Apartments located at 1744 N Western on the 606 trail every Sunday at 9:00am.  Participants will meet on the trail by the 2nd floor 606 deck.

 

We recommend that runners RSVP in advance, but walk ins are welcome. Beginners are welcome!  Participants do not need to join the run every Sunday.   Runs will last about 30 minutes in length.

 

Each week, we will send members tips on improving their run.

 

In case of rain, keep a lookout for rescheduled class.
