Description of Classes


This fast-paced class targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise “circuit” is one completion of all set exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit. The time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise.


Tone It Up Tuesday:
Using body weight and everyday objects in your home, our instructor will guide you through a total body conditioning workout to build muscular strength and tone the body.


Boot Camp:
This is an intense workout that combines both cardio and strength/resistance training to tone and tighten from head-to-toe, incorporating calisthenics and plyometrics based exercises.


HIIT Workout
You’ve made it through the week. Now let’s power through one more workout of high-intensity interval training. The essential framework of high-intensity interval training is always the same: Brief, all-out work periods, separated by rest periods that you wish were just a little longer. HIIT can be used to lose as much fat as possible while cutting, to stay lean and conditioned while adding muscle, or to improve aerobic and anaerobic endurance for performance-focused athletes.


Core Crusher:
Get pumped up and energized in this strength building class combined with elements of cardio that challenges your muscular endurance and increases strength while focusing on the core muscles.


This high impact class is short and sweet to end the week strong. Stimulate all muscle groups and provide the perfect combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercise. The boxing workout will improve your reflexes, coordination, flexibility, speed, power, and cardiovascular fitness.






Join our Monday night DANCE PARTY to let loose.  Each week, our dance pro will help you shake your shimmy into shape.


Jan 11: Salsa

Light up the night with this lively ballroom dance of Cuban origin that resembles the rumba and the cha-cha.


Jan 18: Merengue

Merengue dance is the Dominican Republic’s national dance, which accompanies the merengue style of music. A pair of dancing partners hold hands at chest-level and move in slow, sensuous semi-circles to the rhythm of the music.


Jan 25: Bachata

a genre of popular song and dance of the Dominican Republic performed with guitars and percussion

JAN 5: Top Tips to Eating Healthy for the New Year

Provided will be hot tips from a dietitian to the secrets for a successful and healthy eating plan to start 2021 the right way.


JAN 12: Nutrition Road Blocks & How to Overcome Them

Do you love to eat sweets? Do you use too much salt when cooking? You will get advice how to overcome these and more to get you on the road to success with your nutrition plan to feel your best. 


JAN 19: Never Say Diet Again

Explore why diets don’t work and information will be provided about the popular fad diets. Also information will be discussed on how to jump start weight loss without starting a diet.


JAN 26: Choose the BEST Nutrition Program for YOU

Should you be counting calories or carbs? What should you be looking for on the nutrition labels?  Discussed will be easy ways to incorporate healthy nutrition into your typical day that works for your lifestyle.

Absolutely! All of the videos will be kept on the private Facebook Group page to watch whenever works for you. Be sure to comment on the video to get a submission in the weekly raffle.
