About Rebecca

Rebecca graduated from Indiana Therapeutic Massage School in 2021 and since then has gathered experience in  medical/chiropractic as well as spa environments. She has certifications in oncology & hospital massage and myofascial release. Rebecca is especially passionate about about the intersection of chronic pain and anxiety. As such, she uses slow, fluid movement to calm the nervous system while also incorporating therapeutic techniques such as cupping and gua sha for physical and mental tension relief.

To expand her mind-body practice, she is finishing up training to become a yoga instructor. When she’s not massaging, she spends her time writing, training in pole/aerial arts, or being a couch potato with her adorable pitbull, Bennet.
