Toni-Ann is a North Park University graduate with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science as well as an Associates Degree in Biology. She is a Certified Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise. She has participated in athletics and team sports for majority of her life in her native Jamaica and during
college. She has a background in strength, conditioning, endurance and agility and is currently a member of the Chicago Netball Team.
Her passion for movement science began at young age and was furthered when she moved to the United States to study Physical Therapy. There was never a time when Toni-Ann doubted working in the health and wellness filed. She believes that along with exercise, holistic wellness strategies are the best way to achieve and maintain a healthy body, mind, and soul.
Toni-Ann specializes in weight loss, Strength/conditioning, she also uses her experience from Shirley Ryan Ability Lab (formerly RIC) to incorporate rehab style resistance training. She
believes that with the right exercise programs, clients can vivaciously live their best lives and have confidence that exercise doesn’t have to a daunting task, so she prides herself on making
training session fun, yet challenging, and most importantly effective!
Toni-Ann describes her coaching philosophy as encouraging clients to develop self empowerment— she wants to help you build confidence by setting challenging goals and devising effective strategies to steadily achieve them.
Client base: Fat loss, lean muscle gain, nutritional coaching and sports enhancement.
