Hailing from tiny Crookston, Minnesota, Tracy Gramer is a Personal Trainer/Coach and Nutrition Consultant with a big personality that has been getting people into shape for almost 25 years. She has trained beauty pageant contestants, fitness competitors, entertainers, cover models, professional cheerleaders, novice to professional athletes, and your everyday person looking for a healthy lifestyle. Tracy has hosted a fitness lifestyle tv show in Minneapolis and graced the cover of “Atlanta Sports & Fitness,” and was also featured in Atlanta’s Jezebel magazine.  She has been a finalist in national and international fitness competitions, was Miss Norway and the first fitness model to compete in the Miss Diaspora Model Pageant in Romania, and has also been featured in several fitness commercial and infomercial segments. With an impeccable track record, winning attitude, and lots of personal charm, Tracy pushes her clients to achieve their personal fitness goals and dreams.
