Zach’s mission is to help his clients grow and learn on their fitness and wellness journey. He is inspired to see people take time out of their days to better themselves in the gym. Seeing that makes him want to strive to continue getting better every day. He feels that exercising should be something people enjoy doing every day, and that is why he is here to help his clients figure out what they want to do, if that’s going to the gym and lifting weights, walking, running, hiking, etc. He is here to help clients on whatever fitness journey they decide. At the end of the day, he enjoys helping people in whatever ways he can.
Being an athlete, he has always been active, but it wasn’t until he started going to a rugby trainer where he really realized how much he appreciated working out and training. His trainer helped him reach some of his personal rugby goals, and he would love to be able to do that for someone as well.
