Since deciding to pursue my passion for physical fitness as a personal trainer in 2003, I have taken my work of improving individuals’ fitness levels to heart. The longevity of my career as a trainer means six years of continuing education and a great deal of diversity in my training approach. I strive to be resourceful, motivating and goal oriented. It gives me great satisfaction when a client takes ownership of their fitness goals and becomes enthusiastic about his/her acquired strength and endurance. I have specialized in brides for over 10 years, and soon after, I became certified to train pre/postnatal women because my brides were starting families. I specialize in functional/core training and have prepared myself to work with physical rehabilitation issues.
