About Rob . . .
I moved to downtown Chicago after being enrolled in the Master’s of Prosthetics and Orthotics Program at Northwestern University. I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from the State University of New York at Cortland. Here, I gained a passion for biomechanics, the study of human movement and motion / gait analysis. I been involved in fitness, health and wellness since 2011, and am a NASM certified personal trainer.
I have been competitively swimming from the age of 5 throughout high school. I was a lifeguard at the swim club back in NY where I taught individual and group swim and dive lessons.
In my free time, I enjoy exercising and working on my own fitness goals. This includes strength and cardiovascular training. I hope to one day compete in a triathlon. I also really enjoy cooking and I am always trying to find new healthy recipes.
