About Ann
Ann first discovered Pilates and Yoga as a way to explore new fitness challenges while balancing the demands of adventure sports and travel. She believes both Yoga and Pilates are an integral part of preventing and recovering from injuries. She has helped many people, including herself, correct imbalances, recover from injuries and rediscover the mind-body connection. Ann is particularly fond of partnering with foundations that promote good causes like Helping Paws, Friends of Indy Animals, FIDO, IACS and Amani Beads. She also enjoys creating workshops centered around unique locations and events such as paddleboard yoga, yoga with baby goats, puppy yoga and bunny yoga to name a few. She is drawn to a more intuitive and adaptive teaching style that reflects clients’ goals, needs and abilities.
Ann’s interests include outdoor sports and fitness such as trail running, kayaking, backpacking, rock climbing, mountain biking, soccer and any new adventure sports and travel. She enjoys fostering for Helping Paws, F.A.C.E. and IACS along with volunteering at animal shelters and hopes to incorporate wildlife rescue with the Hoosier Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation in the near future. She loves driving her Jeep around Carmel with her handsome dog Hayden and spending time at her family home in the country. Ann and her boyfriend, Anthony, also enjoy entertaining in their home where they can demonstrate their cooking and mixology skills.
