Elita Ernsteen started her journey with yoga as a way to cope with COVID-19 pandemic’s isolation. Through daily practice she began to find so many more benefits than ever expected. For her, yoga has been a grounding force—a way to slow down daily life and cultivate patience. For Elita, yoga is more than physical postures—it’s a safe space to try, fail, and try again. Elita likes to incorporate different options and playfulness of movement throughout her classes. Elita completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at the widely respected, family-owned studio: Bloom Yoga Studio. She has since completed her gentle/ restorative certificate as well. Elita has gone on to teach various forms of yoga (Gentle, Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, Restorative, Vin-Yin, Puppy Yoga, Mommy and Me) for a wide range of students aging to four years old to seniors. She hopes to continue teaching the many advantages of yoga for the rest of her life!
