Stay in shape with this full body workout using minimal equipment and focusing on body weight for resistance. This workout is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength & endurance, and flexibility. Please put on exercise shoes and grab a yoga mat or large towel, a water bottle, and a sweat towel. Classes are taught by Kb Certified Personal Trainer, Paul Meyer.
H.I.I.T. refers to high-intensity interval training. The essential framework of high-intensity interval training is always the same: Brief, all-out work periods, separated by rest periods that you wish were just a little longer. HIIT can be used to lose as much fat as possible while cutting, to stay lean and conditioned while adding muscle, or to improve aerobic and anaerobic endurance for performance-focused athletes. Classes are taught by Kb Certified Personal Trainer, Paul Meyer.
Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. Its intention is to unite the mind, body, and spirit. Join our certified yoga instructor as she guides participants in a series of poses while keeping the breath in a natural flow rhythm. Classes are taught by Kb Certified Yoga Instructor, Jarvis Quarterman.

It’s summertime and The Streeter loves treating their residents to yoga and swim lessons on their beautiful 13th floor sundeck and swimming pool every Saturday, starting June 10.

Caregivers will join their children in the pool as they learn beginner swim techniques such as using flutter kicks to propel themselves in the water. They will be introduced to rolling over from their tummies to their backs. Children will be taught how to climb out of the pool independently, proper safety jumps and swim back to the wall, back floats, and wall-walking. These skills are taught to ensure that should the child ever fall into a body of water, they will have resources to help themselves until an adult can reach them. Classes are taught by Kb Swim Coach Marsha Madrigal.

This class is for children who are 3-6 years old and have not been in swim lessons before or have very little experience with swim lessons. This class will teach the basics of stroke technique and water safety. Swimmers will learn front and back floats & kicks, front reaches, and kicks with face in the water, rollovers, and dolphin kicks. Class is taught by Kb Swim Coach, Marsha Madrigal

Enjoy the views of the city while engaging in a dynamic and flowing style of hatha yoga which links breath and movement through a creative series of postures that balance strength and flexibility while cultivating mindfulness through a continuous flow. This class is taught by Kb Yoga Instructor Jenny Butler.
