Swing Dance into Autumn with
. . . Autumn Appetizers & Cozy Cocktails!
This luxury wellness event kicks off with a 60-minute slow swing dance lesson, simple structure and footwork along with basic moves and styling. It is popular for its simple nature and is often danced to slow, medium, or fast tempo jazz, blues, or rock and roll, open to singles and couples. Guests will indulge & create a variety of delicious & healthy autumn-themed appetizers. This class also includes a low-calorie, cozy cocktail, perfect for the fall season.
Please NOTE: Mocktails may be provided instead of alcohol beverages. In addition, this event can be provided without the dance lesson. A full kitchen is not required. Events are 90-120 minutes and typically host 20-30 guests and include food, drinks, and professional team.
Our professional dance instructors bring the dance party to YOU. This is the perfect class to get your residents or employees ready for the fall season. As a dance, Pachanga has been described as “a happy-go-lucky dance” of Cuban origin with a Charleston flavor due to the double bending and straightening of the knees.

Host a Healthy Cooking Class especially for the kids! They’ll have hands-on fun with their food and learn how to make frightfully sweet and savory treats, without scary ingredients. This event starts with a Shake, Rattle & Stretch Your Bones Yoga & Dance Class.
Cozy Autumn Nutrition Demo Series
Allow employees to take a break from the day weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, for a 45-minute nutrition demo lead by our Registered Dietitian team, featuring various topics, such as:
Pack It Up – Mason Jar Class
Learn how to pack a delicious, healthy lunch and bring it to work, with this fabulous “mason jar” healthy-eating-made-simple demo. Includes a variety of recipes to try on your own & tastings of one of the recipes.
It’s All About Pumpkin
Let’s face it, as soon as the fall season approaches, we cannot get enough of Pumpkin! From lattes to desserts to pumpkin seeds, we love it all! Learn how to make some easy-to-make pumpkin dishes that you may never have thought of before, like pumpkin hummus and pumpkin energy balls. These delicious recipes will help keep the season alive without packing on the calories and pounds.

With the cooler weather comes a craving for comfort food. These healthy autumn dishes are guaranteed to keep you warm inside and hunger satisfied.
Smoothies are ideal for busy people on the go, which pretty much includes 99% of our clientele. It is often thought of as a summer snack or meal-replacement, but that doesn’t have to be the case. Our registered dietitian will lead guests through a demo of creating smoothies filled with seasonal fruits and veggies such as apple, pumpkin, squash and sweet potato sprinkled with cinnamon, nutmeg, honey, and additional autumn spices.
