Boot Camps

Having a boot camp program on site is a great way for residents to have fun together while working toward getting in the best shape of their life. Classes are usually held around 6:00am, three to four days a week for one hour. Times and frequency can vary per request. The classes are four to 15 participants and consist of exercises that target improving cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and lean mass verses fat mass. We even provide a nutrition option where participants can be placed on a specific meal plan during the program using all of their favorite foods.
