Wine and chocolate are the perfect combination for Valentine’s Day, or any day.  Our registered dietitian will lead this virtual cooking class featuring three chocolate-dish recipes and their best wine pairing while focusing on their interesting and unique benefits.

 

Ingredient lists are sent in advance upon booking for virtual classes, so participants can make their cocktails along our pro during the class.

 

 

Heart-Healthy Desserts

You’ve only got one heart, so make sure to treat it with some love and indulge in our healthy desserts. Finally, you can satisfy that chocolate craving or sweet tooth you’ve had, and eat the mouthwatering treats our nutritional experts will create.  This class also includes a low-calorie cocktail, for an extra decadent finish.
