Friendsgiving & Foxtrot Celebration


Guests will love this celebration featuring a healthy twist on comfort food. Forget about running a Turkey Trot, we will dance the calories away with a 60-minute Foxtrot dance lesson, a smooth, progressive dance, characterized by long, continuously flowing movements across the dance floor. This event features delicious and healthy comfort food dishes and a calming low-calorie cocktail.


Please NOTE: Mocktails may be provided instead of alcohol beverages. In addition, this event can be provided without the dance lesson. A full kitchen is not required. Events are 90-120 minutes and typically host 20-30 guests and include food, drinks, and professional team.

Skinny Santa Samba Party

This luxury wellness event kicks off with a 60-minute Samba dance lesson, Brazilian dance of African origin with a basic pattern of step-close-step-close and characterized by a dip and spring upward at each beat of the music, open to singles and couples.  Guests will indulge & create a variety of delicious & healthy holiday-themed lite-bites.  This class also includes a low-calorie, merry cocktail.

Holiday Hustle

Our professional dance instructors bring the dance party to YOU. This is the perfect class to get your residents or employees ready for the holiday season. The Hustle is a catchall name for some disco dances, which were extremely popular in the 1970’s.    It’s basic steps are somewhat similar to the discofox and has some features in common with the mambo, salsa, and swing dance.


ONLY $99/Class when you book by November 15 or book a minimum of 4 classes.

Baking Healthy Cookies for Santa Kids Party

Host a Healthy Cooking Class especially for the kids! Parents & Kids are welcome to come join the fun in this interactive class, led by Kb Fitness Solutions, Inc. registered dietitian and wellness team. Kids will make some healthy cookies for Santa while enjoying hot chocolate with mom and dad. A Merry Cocktail will be offered to the parents while they mix & mingle. Parents are also welcome to bring wine to share.

Allow employees to take a break from the day weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, for a 45-minute nutrition demo lead by our Registered Dietitian team, featuring various topics, such as:

The holidays are filled with sweets and treats everywhere. Learn how to celebrate without hurting the waste line and still having fun. Includes three desserts, interactive presentation, hands-on creating one dessert, and a low-calorie mocktail or cocktail for up to 30 people.

The average person gains 7 pounds between Thanksgiving and New Years Day.  Be exceptional and beat the odds by maintaining weight this season.  It’s not a time for weight loss and dieting, but there are ways to have the best season ever without gaining weight.  We promise our registered dietitian won’t eliminate chocolate and wine in this “preachless” presentation.





12 Days of Soup 

On the first day of winter, my Kb Fitness Registered Dietitian gave me a recipe – of a Mango Coconut & Lime Soup and Creamy Carrot Soup with Curry.


Nothing warms the soul and nourishes the body like soup.  Yum!  With the cooler weather comes a craving for comfort food.  These healthy winter recipes are guaranteed to keep you warm inside and hunger satisfied.  This class includes three soups tastings and 12 recipes to replicate and freeze to have all winter long.




Seasonal Smoothies

Smoothies are ideal for busy people on the go, which pretty much includes 99% of our clientele.  It is often thought of as a summer snack or meal-replacement, but that doesn’t have to be the case.  Our registered dietitian will lead guests through a demo of creating smoothies (cold and warm) filled with seasonal fruits and veggies such as cranberries, plums, and bananas, and kissed with peppermint, gingerbread and various winter spices.
