Our in-home services include personal training, massage therapy and nutrition services. We also can teach private dance lessons and swim lessons to your home (Pool needed for swim lessons.) Our nutrition coaching sessions are provided by a registered and licensed dietitian virtually in the comfort of your own kitchen. Break the Ice with a 30-minute coaching session to get some great pointers on how to improve your eating habits. This is included with any 10 pack or greater personal training package.
Break Down Barriers and dig deeper into your food intake with 3 coaching sessions over the course of 6 weeks (recommended) that includes a three-day meal plan. Our registered dietitian will create a customized meal plan tailored toward your likes and goals with samples of what you should eat for three days. This provides lots of guidance and structure.
Make a commitment to your health by Breaking Through the obstacles preventing you the success you deserve. Over the course of 5 months, a registered dietitian will meet with you for 5 coaching sessions, create a customized three-day meal plan, and assess your kitchen to determine what is needed long term to set you up for success.
