Life is unpredictable, as we all know.  There should never be a dilemma on how to stay healthy.  Our virtual club keeps you well wherever and whenever.  Our platform allows personal feedback whether participating in a live or recorded segment.  Our professional team will respond to you in less than 24 hours.

 

It is our mission to deliver high quality, safe and effective workouts; educate the latest nutrition research; and motivate our members to train mind to lead our bodies toward optimal wellness… all while having fun.

Whether you are looking for daily workouts or more personalized attention, we have the perfect membership for you!  Our membership is set up to renew monthly, but you can cancel at anytime.  The only commitment is our commitment to provide you with the BEST membership possible.  Your membership is divided equally among our team members.

Description of Classes

 

Fit-4-Circuit:
This fast-paced class targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise “circuit” is one completion of all set exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit. The time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise.

 

Tone It Up Tuesday:
Using body weight and everyday objects in your home, our instructor will guide you through a total body conditioning workout to build muscular strength and tone the body.

 

K-Be-Fit Boot Camp:
This is an intense workout that combines both cardio and strength/resistance training to tone and tighten from head-to-toe, incorporating calisthenics and plyometrics based exercises.

 

Fit Happens: Weekend Workout
You’ve made it through the week. Now let’s power through one more workout of high-intensity interval training. The essential framework of high-intensity interval training is always the same: Brief, all-out work periods, separated by rest periods that you wish were just a little longer. HIIT can be used to lose as much fat as possible while cutting, to stay lean and conditioned while adding muscle, or to improve aerobic and anaerobic endurance for performance-focused athletes.

 

Pumped:
Get pumped up and energized in this strength building class combined with elements of cardio that challenges your muscular endurance and increases strength.

 

Punch-4-Power:
This high impact class is short and sweet to end the week strong. Stimulate all muscle groups and provide the perfect combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercise. The boxing workout will improve your reflexes, coordination, flexibility, speed, power, and cardiovascular fitness.

 

Kick Boxing:
Cardio kickboxing is a cardiovascular workout that is a mixture of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics. Traditional movements in cardio kickboxing include kicks, punches, and other complex moves that relate to martial arts. While competitive kickboxing involves physical contact with an opponent, cardio kickboxing involves no physical contact and was designed to help people achieve a fit, healthy body.

Afternoon Energy BOOST:

Take a 15-minute break from your day with one of our Kb Personal Trainers for an AB BLAST, GLUTES & GUNS, ABS & GLUTES, ARMS & SHOULDERS, or ALL ABOUT LEGS Workout.

 

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. Its intention is to unite the mind, body, and spirit. Join our certified yoga instructor as she guides participants in a series of poses while keeping the breath in a natural flow rhythm.

 

Meditation & Restorative Yoga:

Restorative yoga is all about deep relaxation while holding the poses for longer periods of time, with the help of props. The props are used for support so you can stretch deep and relax into the pose. This is a practice that is really about slowing down, you open your body through passive stretching. In a restorative class you might just do a few postures during the course of one hour, since it is quite common to hold a pose for ten minutes (or longer). During the long holds your muscles are allowed to relax deeply, with the props, instead of the muscles, being used to support your body. It is a time for you to find relief and an inner peace.

 

Sway Away Sunday:

Knowing that Sundays are made for relaxing and taking it easy, this dance class takes the groove down a notch.  It is the perfect ingredient to allow the mind and body to relax before the week starts.  Enjoy a little hip movement and smooth rhythmic motion to release from the day. 

 

Dance Party:

It’s time to get up and dance!  Every Thursday night our professional dance instructor will be leading a vibrant dance to help you learn the mambo, cha-cha, salsa, Bachata and more.  You’ll be having so much fun, you’ll forget your exercising.  Be sure to gather your ingredients ahead of time and join the cocktail (or mocktail) class 30-minutes before the party.

 

Kb Cocktail Class: Skinny Not Stirred

Stir it Up before Shaking it Down.  Thirty minutes before our dance party, one of our Registered Dietitians will guide you through making a low-calorie cocktail (or mocktail) perfect to provide that liquid courage before the virtual dance party.

 

Nutrition:

Our Registered Dietitian team will be sharing fun and engaging nutrition segments, with tips, recipes and more! Be sure to ask all your nutrition questions here! They will answer every single one of them.

 

Motivational Monday:

Owner of Kb Fitness Solutions, Inc. will be LIVE every Monday for your morning boost of motivation to get your week off on the right track!

Frequently Asked Questions

If I miss a workout or nutrition segment, can I watch later?

Absolutely! All of the videos will be kept on the private Facebook Group page to watch whenever works for you. Be sure to comment on the video to get a submission in the weekly raffle.
