Personal Training

One-on-one fitness training can be available in your fitness center or brought directly inside a client’s home. We can provide training for two or three individuals, duo or trio training, or group classes for four or more individuals. Training is sold individually or in packages of 10, 30, or 40 sessions. The first session is always a fitness assessment, where we measure the client’s fitness levels, including aerobic capacity, flexibility, strength, muscular endurance, and body composition. With this information, we can create a personalized program to help the client achieve results.
