Pam has been athletic all her adult life, finally settling on marathon running as her sport of choice in her 20s. As her knees started to fight back, she turned to yoga to help her muscles and joints recover. The more she saw the benefits of yoga in her own life, the more she wanted to teach yoga to athletes and to people who never thought they could do yoga. She completed teacher training in August 2018, and has taught in the studio, on the beach, and on a cruise ship! Pam combines energetic flows, flexibility and balance poses, and upbeat music to strengthen and restore the body as well as relax the mind. She teaches to all levels, and loves to work with students new to yoga!
