Boot Camp on Wednesdays
6:30-7:30 pm on the Basketball Court
Although this is a high-intensity class that focuses on increasing strength and endurance, it is open to all fitness levels. Modifications will be provided to ensure each participant is being challenged to their optimal level of fitness. With little or no equipment, participants will learn how to use their body weight in a workout that can be taken anywhere! Class will be taught by certified personal trainer, Adam Prahl. Yoga on Saturdays
9:30-10:30 am on the Basketball Court
Please visit the instructor’s profile to get a feel of their yoga class style, since there are so many different varieties of hatha yoga and each instructor truly has their own style. Modifications will be provided. All yoga levels welcome. Class will be taught by certified yoga instructor, Lauren Biernacki. To learn more about Lauren click HERE.
Please bring a yoga mat or a beach towel and a water bottle to the class. If you are unable to attend please let us know so we may open space for a waiting participant.

Private Pilates Sessions
Pilates is a conditioning routine that may help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, & hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or center, and improving coordination and balance.

Meet Monthly with a Trainer & We Keep You on Track in Between Sessions
Motivated to workout on your own but need professional guidance to make sure you are getting results? Have our trainers create your individual workout each month with a Friday follow up email to see what you have done each week. We recommend a new workout each month to keep up with the progression. Prior to booking your first Take Home Workout, a fitness assessment must be conducted, so we can create an individualized program. Talk to our team for rates.
