Fit Chicks is a 4-week fitness program that runs 11 months out of the year. Participants have three plans to choose from when registering, the Over Easy Chick Plan, the Over Medium Chick Plan, or the Hard Boiled Chick Plan, depending on how many days per week they can dedicate to the workouts. This all-female fitness program includes 3-5 full body workouts per week in three different locations to choose from, Chicago, Naperville, or Northbrook. Each workout is led by certified and degreed personal trainers, which guarantees every fit chick can be challenged according to their own fitness level. The workouts are designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, core stability, flexibility, and body composition.
Every day we send tips and incentives to stay on track even when you’re not with us. Every Friday, we include a nutrition segment after the workouts led by one of our Nutrition Coaches, a registered dietitian. We also have an additional individualized nutrition plan you can register for, after all, eating right is half the battle to being fit and fabulous!
