Preparing for A Session

  • Once you book your session, our team will send you some forms to complete which will provide your massage therapist with your health history to provide the most beneficial massage experience. Chair massage participants will have a short one-sheet form to complete onsite. Waivers must be completed for each Kb Fitness Solutions service.
  • Our massage therapists will bring the massage table and supplies as well as music to your session. Some clients have their own massage table or prefer their own music. Please inform our team when booking your massage.
  • Please create enough space for a 7 foot table with space for the therapist to move around the table.
  • Tip is not included in the price nor can it be added onto payment. It is customary to tip massage therapists, but not required. We recommend tipping in cash or writing the massage therapist a personal check.
  • Because our massage therapists are bringing their table and equipment to the session, please provide parking close to your home or business for the therapist.

Deep-Tissue Massage

Also known as Structural Integration is the use of slower strokes and direct deep pressure; used to release chronic muscle tension and to release chronic patterns of tightness. Deep Tissue Massage involves Trigger point therapy, also known as Myofascial, which is a technique where concentrated pressure is applied to overactive nerve pathways (Trigger Points, commonly referred to as knots) to relieve chronic pain and break the pain / spasm / pain cycle. Deep Tissue massage is often referred to as clinical or therapeutic massage.

Sports Massage

Specific groups of strokes applied to specific muscle groups used to enhance performance, reduce soreness, increase flexibility and range of motion, reduces and helps prevent injuries as well as speeds muscle tissue recovery time. Pre-Natal Massage
