Nutrition Coaching
One-on-One Nutrition Coaching Session, $80
This is a private session with one of our skilled Registered Dietitian (RD) where you will discuss personal nutrition and health goals. You will work one-on-one with the RD to devise a tailored eating and lifestyle plan. During this educational session, you will learn about proper eating habits while the RD customizes the session to fit what your needs are, whether its regarding weight loss, weight gain, a certain disease state, vegetarianism or just eating healthier. Initial sessions are 60 minutes in length and can be held in the comfort of your own home, office, or a central location. This service includes a personalized take-home weekly meal plan.
Follow-Up Nutrition Coaching Sessions, $35
After your initial nutrition coaching session, we recommend follow up with your dietitian to keep you reaching your goals. Follow-up sessions are 30 minutes in length and can be done in person or over the phone within 30 days of your original nutrition coaching session to assure you are staying on target! If interested, this service also includes healthy recipes to try on your own.
12-Week Follow Up Program, $99
Being held accountable to follow a nutrition program can be the biggest challenge. With our 12-week follow up program, your nutrition coach will touch-base with you weekly to keep you on track providing expertise guidance, suggested recipes, and motivational tips.
Meal Plan Update, $45
Variety is the spice of life! We are happy to give you a fresh, updated meal plan once you feel you need a little change.
Jump Start Your Nutrition, $150
This service is perfect to get you on the right track with your nutrition program and includes the following:
