Kitchen Clean Up & Assessment, $120
Let one of our dietitians come and raid your cabinets and pantries! In this 90-minute session, an RD will come to your home and examine and review your pantry, refrigerator and freezer. They will encourage healthier alternatives to what they find as well as providing education and feedback along the way about proper nutrition and healthy eating.
Grocery Shopping Lesson, $99
Feel like you get the same foods over and over when you go to the grocery store? Join one of our Registered Dietitian’s on an individualized tour of your favorite grocery store. Our certified Registered Dietitian will meet you at a local grocery store and show you not only the ins and outs of proper shopping, but also make healthy suggestions for the foods you love. Each session is 75 minutes in length.
Note: You do not have to purchase groceries at the time of the lesson.
Healthy Cooking Lesson/Class, $145
This 90-minute lesson will provide guidance in how to cook healthy, simple meals. Upon booking your session, we will send you a menu to choose your ideal dinner. The price does not include the cost of food. We will send you a grocery list, or for an additional charge, we can bring the groceries. Turn your lesson into a class! Invite guests at $25 additional per person and have a healthy night in with friends.
