This presentation delves into five essential health behaviors individuals should embrace as they age: proper nutrition, regular physical activity, social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and engaging in meaningful activities and relationships. While these suggestions may appear simple, they have consistently proven to mitigate the negative mental and physical impacts of aging, enhancing overall well-being in later stages of life.
