Let’s face it, most of us LOVE pumpkin. Once pumpkin spice lattes hit our favorite coffee shops, we are rushing to get in line for them. This fun and autumn-festive class will highlight three different pumpkin dishes that are not only delicious, but easy to replicate. This class includes a low-calorie cocktail or mocktail that pairs perfectly with the seasonal dishes that guest will also create.
Enjoy making three refreshing and nutritious smoothies using a variety of autumn ingredients, that you probably never thought of, to get into the season and try foods with healthy benefits.
This luxury wellness event kicks off with a 60-minute Slow swing dance lesson, simple structure and footwork along with basic moves and styling. It is popular for its simple nature and is often danced to slow, medium, or fast tempo jazz, blues, or rock and roll, open to singles and couples. Guests will indulge & create a variety of delicious & healthy autumn-themed appetizers. This class also includes a low-calorie, cozy cocktail, perfect for the fall season. Recipes will be sent electronically for all participants. Class capacity is 25-30 participants, depending on space. Additional guests are welcome to observe the class if space allows. Over 30 guests can be accommodated for an additional fee.
