Customized Fitness Programs
Our professional team provides services in the Chicago and Indianapolis areas, including Carmel, Westfield, Fishers, Noblesville & Zionsville (please reach out to inquire about other areas.) Sessions are 60 minutes in length and are sold individually, 6 session packages and 10 session packages. For clients looking to train 3 days per week, we have 30 session packages. For clients looking to train 4 or more days per week, we have 40 session packages. Packages have a 3-month lifespan.

Kb Master Personal Trainer/Exercise Physiologist Sessions
Our Kb Master Personal Trainers have been on the Kb Fitness Solutions, Inc. team for over five years. Exercise Physiologists possess a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from an accredited institution, along with over five years of practical experience. Both levels of trainers have an in-depth understanding of the human body and how movement can enhance functionality while helping to prevent or support positive outcomes related to diseases and specific conditions. Our team of exercise physiologists is well-versed in working with individuals facing challenges such as diseases, injuries, and conditions that necessitate specialized knowledge of the body.
