Customized Fitness Programs

 

Our professional team provides services in the Chicago and Indianapolis areas,  including Carmel, Westfield, Fishers, Noblesville & Zionsville (please reach out to inquire about other areas.)  Sessions are 60 minutes in length and are sold individually, 6 session packages and 10 session packages.  For clients looking to train 3 days per week, we have 30 session packages.  For clients looking to train 4 or more days per week, we have 40 session packages.  Packages have a 3-month lifespan.

Our Kb Master Personal Trainers have been on the Kb Fitness Solutions, Inc. team for over five years. Exercise Physiologists possess a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from an accredited institution, along with over five years of practical experience. Both levels of trainers have an in-depth understanding of the human body and how movement can enhance functionality while helping to prevent or support positive outcomes related to diseases and specific conditions.
