With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, Kara is a career personal trainer who truly believes helping others improve their lives through movement is her calling. She loves empowering clients and instilling confidence by helping them get stronger, move better, and take charge of their health through strength and mobility training.
Kara brings not only professional expertise, but also real-life experience to her coaching. In the last nine years, she has undergone four surgeries and welcomed three children — all while staying dedicated to her training. She returned stronger after each recovery and has achieved a combined weight loss of 140 lbs following her pregnancies. Her personal journey allows her to connect with clients who are navigating recovery, rebuilding strength, or adjusting to new chapters in life.
Her favorite ways to train include weightlifting and boxing, and she incorporates both into client programs when appropriate. Kara has worked with a wide range of clients — from professional boxers to wheelchair users — and her specialties include:
