
Valentino Davenport is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and NASM Certified Group Fitness Instructor (CGFI) with a passion for helping individuals build strength, confidence, and lasting discipline. With experience coaching both one-on-one clients and leading high-energy group classes, Valentino specializes in strength training, functional fitness, and HIIT programming.
He currently leads a weekly strength training class and a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class, where he creates structured, progressive workouts that challenge participants while maintaining proper form and safety. Valentino believes that fitness is more than physical transformation — it’s about mental resilience, consistency, and empowering clients to push beyond self-imposed limits.
