About Sarah
Sarah is a Registered Dietitian and nutrition professional with a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and behavior change. Her interest in nutrition began with a simple curiosity about how food impacts energy, mood, and long-term health. That curiosity led her to pursue a nutrition and health coaching certification, followed by her Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Illinois Chicago and licensure as a Registered Dietitian in Illinois. Through her clinical training and dietetic internships, Sarah developed a deep understanding of how to translate nutrition science into practical, realistic strategies that actually work in everyday life.
As a dietitian, she focuses on helping people build confidence in their food choices without falling into rigid rules or all-or-nothing thinking. Her approach is rooted in flexibility, sustainability, and meeting people where they are. She is especially interested in helping clients build habits that feel realistic, supportive, and aligned with their long-term health goals.
Sarah’s clinical interests include weight management, metabolic health, and performance nutrition, though her favorite part of the work is helping people connect the dots between nutrition science and how they feel day to day.
