He specialize in functional training, flexibility and strength training.
Paul was a competitive swimmer in high school and college and currently competes with US Masters Swimming as well as triathlons. He has been held professional titles with multiple corporations since 2006 such as a swim specialist, Aquatics Director, and Head Swim Coach. Although he has a great deal of experience and talent working with children as young as 6 months, he has also coached many senior swimmers and athletes.
He underwent extensive swim instructor trainings at Foss Swim School in 2016 for working with children as young as 6 months old. He feels that swimming is a life skill, and it is never too late to learn. Children learn best through play. In his classes, kids can expect songs, laughter, high-fives and fist bumps. Safety is his number one priority in the pool. As a father to two beautiful children, he makes it his responsibility to ensure the well-being of all swimmers while they are in his class. He looks forward to seeing you or your kids in the pool!
