Sophie has been a certified lifeguard and swim instructor since 2021, possessing a wealth of experience in aquatic safety and teaching. She caters to individuals across all ages and skill levels, focusing on safety, confidence, and personalized progress in her lessons.

With a strong background in recreation management and pool operations, Sophie demonstrates excellent leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and maintains a calm, professional demeanor throughout each session. Currently, she is pursuing a B.S. in Forensic Science at Loyola University Chicago, with a commitment to promoting water safety through effective, tailored instruction.

Sophie’s unique teaching style combines structured technique with playful activities, ensuring that her students not only learn essential skills but also have fun in the process. She believes in celebrating small victories, encouraging students to build on their achievements and develop a lifelong love for swimming.
