About Chantel . . .
Chantel is a yoga practitioner, certified yoga instructor and nursing student. Her journey into yoga began in 2017, and since then, it has been a source of inspiration and growth in her life. In 2020, she completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (RYT) in Logan Utah, followed by achieving her 300-hour RYT certification in 2022. These trainings equipped her with comprehensive knowledge in yoga philosophy, asanas, and teaching methodology, allowing her to offer classes that focus on alignment, anatomy, and adjustments. With a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement, she blends mindful movement, breath awareness, and alignment principles into her classes. Her aim is to create a supportive environment where students can explore their practice safely and cultivate a deeper connection with themselves. She is passionate about sharing the transformative benefits of yoga and guiding others on their journey toward holistic well-being.
