Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga
Originally from South Africa, with a decade of childhood spent in Malaysia and later finding home in California before exploring the Midwest, my life has taught me that home is ultimately a place we cultivate and carry within ourselves. Yoga helps me get closer to that core, that stillness and boundless love within.
I teach Vinyasa, and I specialize in Restorative Yoga, creating classes that invite you to slow down, soften, and spend time with yourself and your breath, learning how it feels to build self-trust and work with your body instead of against it. I believe yoga, regardless of the pace, is a moving meditation—a dynamic practice of noticing, and beginning again, over and over again.
It is an honor to share yoga with others, and I am constantly inspired by teachers who came before and those currently around me. I hope we meet on the mat.
